My training consists of high cardio, such as jumps and sprints, mixed in with weight training.
I always place an emphasis on strengthening the body core.

I have been in the fitness industry for the past eight years.
My career as a personal trainer started at Bally Total Fitness.
After working at Bally's, I decided to start my own private personal training business. I have been certified by the American Sports and Fitness Association.
